About Dr Miranda Hann
Dr Hann provides gender affirming healthcare via the informed consent model of care and broadly specialises in LGBTQIA+ healthcare. She is trauma informed and neurodivergence informed. She is currently on the board for Working it Out, Tasmania’s sexuality, gender and intersex status support and education service, and for Primary Health Tasmania.
Dr. Hann has received a multitude of awards for her work and advocacy in LGBTQIA+ healthcare in Tasmania, including: Stronger Medicare Awards – Medicare Champion 2024, Ochre Tasmanian Doctor of the Year 2024, and RACGP Tasmanian GP Registrar of the Year 2022.
